GDPR-aligned processing and organization-scoped isolation for resident and owner data.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), organization profile, occupant and owner records you enter, invoices, payments, work orders, messages, audit metadata (IP, correlation id), and optional contact-form submissions.
How we use it
To authenticate users, isolate data by organization, generate rent and statements, assign maintenance, and improve reliability. We do not sell resident data.
Retention & rights
Data remains in your organization workspace until you delete it or close the account. You may request access or erasure via hello@rynex.cloud. GDPR-aligned processes apply for EU personal data.
Security
Passwords are hashed by ASP.NET Identity. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. APIs use JWT. Transport should be HTTPS in production. Audit logs record create, update, payment, and status changes.
